BACK-UP MANAGEMENT
THE CREATION AND STORAGE OF CUSTOMER BACK-UPS USING THE MICROSOFT AZURE APPLICATION.
(Backup using your third party storage provider can also be managed as long as there is a support contract with the storage provider.)
What’s included:
Scheduled back-ups on targeted servers (full and incremental)
A backup schedule is established based on customer request, compliance requirements, and current best-practice standards.
Data is transferred off site based on backup schedules and is reviewed weekly for status
Initial back-up is a full data transfer and most following back-ups are done incrementally (only changed data is uploaded to build off the initial full back-up)

Full and selective restoration of files
Assistance is provided with any file restoration requests. Restoration steps are as follows:
Single file, folder, or small batch

If no shadowcopy is available, attempt to restore copy from snapshot (if available)
If no snapshot is available, restore from off-site backup
If off-site back-up is unable to provide access to smaller file batch, restore back-up to virtual machine and retrieve files.
